All appointments booked with Alex Guerra are consultative sessions intended for discussion, reflection, coaching, and general guidance related to leadership, personal growth, faith, mindset, and life navigation. Nature of Sessions -Sessions are conversational and consultative in nature. -No guarantees, promises, or assurances are made regarding outcomes, results, or personal transformation. -These sessions do not constitute professional therapy, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or counseling services. -Participation is voluntary, and all insights shared are for educational and reflective purposes only. No Refund Policy All bookings are final. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for completed or missed sessions. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy regardless of attendance or outcome. No Obligation or Liability There is no legal obligation for specific results, outcomes, or changes as a result of any session. Alex Guerra is not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the discussion during or after the session. Responsibility for growth, implementation, and follow-through rests solely with the participant. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be forfeited at the sole discretion of Alex Guerra.
